About Me!
Hi I'm Lisa Connor. I am a SAHM(stay at home mom) who is a WAHM (work at home mom). I am married and have a 6 yr. old son with autism. I am an artist and Knitter.
I went to Moore College of Art & Design and have a BA in Illustration.
As life went along I taught myself to knit when I was on bed rest in the last trimester of pregnancy. I knitted everything from hats to socks. I opened my first store a year ago on eBay called All things Knitted http://stores.ebay.com/All-Things-Knitted. I was encouraged by my family to sell my purses, jewelry and other things I create. I was reluctant at first because I didn't know how to start. So I just jumped in. I was surprised that I did pretty well and have repeat business.
My second business, which is new, is called Luv 2 Create, on Cafe Press http://www.cafepress.com/Luv2create . I use my skills as a graphic designer and my 8 years experience in the printing industry to create original artwork on t-shirts, coffee mugs, journals, jewelry boxes and other gifts. I have lots of fun thinking up designs for the shop.
